We’re implementing a “Storyline Checklist” at work that I’ve iterated several people to fine-tune. The goal is setting a baseline and improving workflow so we can focus on innovation and not the routine aspects of programming.
To get people to lean-in to the challenge of using the checklist and upping their skills, I awarded a “championship belt” for the agile team that did the best job.
This is it’s back story.
